Return Policy
At Bows and Joes, every item you purchase helps support our mission to bring veterans together through bowhunting and archery. We partner with Printful to handle the production and shipping of all our gear, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs.
Because each product is made to order, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or returns for things like choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. That said, we always want to make things right if there’s an issue!
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at bowsnjoes@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with our Printful partners to make sure it’s corrected as quickly as possible.
