Purpose

Our Mission is to introduce and promote the tradition of bow hunting to Military Veterans. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we will foster camaraderie and create a support network for Military Veterans, Landowners, Archery Mentors and purveyors of bow hunting recourses.

Priorities

We prioritize Accountability, Preservation, Safety, and Ethical Hunting.

• Accountability: We are accountable to connect and protect. We encourage our Veteran customers to connect with the community and we protect the relationship and charity of our and Landowner customers.
• Safety: Our two-pronged safety system protects Veteran hunters and Landowners. We require Veteran hunters to comply with all hunter’s safety regulations and laws. We also provide safety for our Landowner customers through vetting and waiver process.
• Ethical Hunting: We champion ethical hunting practices with an emphasis on healthy coping mechanisms, fair chase, and responsible stewardship of wildlife.
• Preservation: We will preserve and promote the tradition of bow hunting.

• Gratitude: We are grateful to veterans for their service and to the landowners for their charity and participation.
• Camaraderie: We will attempt to restore a lost sense of camaraderie and encourage a new form with other members and our community of landowners.
• Prevention: We are proud to serve as a transition point or outlet for Veterans. We believe allowing Veterans the opportunity to safely participate in the therapeutic nature of archery and community connection, will serve as a stopgap for veterans and allow for the development and refinement of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Charity: We depend on and are grateful for the charity of all those that organize and donate time and resources.

Vision

We will complete our mission through a network of veteran’s organizations and the development of new relationships with local Landowners. Our system will provide a safe arena of accountability and structure for Landowners and Veterans to enter.
